My Brother's Flank Steak Marinade

1/2 c soy sauce
1/4 c olive oil
2 Tbsp molasses
2 Tbsp mustard (I use Dijon)
2 tsp fresh grated ginger
6 cloves minced garlic

Combine and pour into a ziploc bag; add flank steak and marinate (overnight is great) in fridge. This marinade makes enough for 2 flank steaks.

Grill 5-6 minutes per side. Let sit for a few minutes; slice against the grain.

  1. this marinade tastes fabulous---ask for a song to be song while grilling---it is better yet!
